The snow has a rich consistency that is really hard to grasp, it's like fluffy edible heaven. The only way to describe is if you have it yourself. And even if you call and order ahead, most of the time, you still have to wait in line (sometimes over 15 minutes) to pick up your order. Every now and then, they will open a second register to use as a pick up priority, but even then, the service can be slow.
As for the positive, the drinks are usually excellent. The boba is nice and soft. The popcorn chicken and other food items are all great.December 18, 2016
